Wildcat Dominance and my Dad

Ok, I'm sure the interest in this will be minimal for most people, but as the UK basketball kind of let me down this year, I must acknowledge the great performance of the University of Kentucky baseball team. They have been solid the past few years, and this year they are off to a 26-5 start and are ranked number 9 in the country. Sawyer Carroll and Collin Cowgill are tearing it up for the my dad's former team.

Speaking of my dad, I'm going to brag on him for a second. Before playing in the A's minor league system, the "White LeRoy" played at UK and achieved the following honors I could locate:

First Team All-SEC (1976)
All SEC Eastern Division (1975, 1976, 1977)
GTE Academic All-American
- First Team (1976)
- Second Team (1977)
Academic All-SEC (1976, 1977)
